Seating - Grammy Style

Isn't  the pre-show and red-carpet activity of the Grammy awards fascinating -  more interesting than the actual show?  One of the most interesting things is their approach to the seating plan.  Have you ever noticed that the seats are clearly labeled, with a photo?  Can you imagine the rotations, shifts, additions to the seating plan leading up to the event?
It is not likely that the event ushers will mix up King Bey with Katy Perry, but it is a useful process, particularly to ensure that you can seat your VIPs appropriately and make sure the seating closest to the stage are filled up
